1. Dispatch Times

All orders are lovingly prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
As a small Cornish studio, we make many items in small batches — please allow the full 3 working days during busy periods or seasonal launches.

2. Delivery Method

All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post
This usually arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch, but delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail service levels in your area.

Unless you qualify for free shipping, which will be sent second class (48 hours), so you should receive your order 2-4 days after ordering.

3. Letterbox-Friendly Packaging

Where possible, orders are packaged to be letterbox friendly, so you can receive your parcel even when you’re not home.
Larger items may require a standard parcel delivery and could need a signature on arrival.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.
We occasionally offer free or reduced-rate shipping during promotions — any current offers will be shown at checkout.

5. International Shipping

At present, Hedgerow & Moor ships within the UK only.
We hope to offer international delivery soon — please join our mailing list to be notified when this becomes available.

6. Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at emma@hedgerowandmoor.co.uk quoting your order number.
We’ll trace the shipment with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

7. Packaging & Sustainability

All orders are packed with recyclable, biodegradable or compostable materials wherever possible.
We avoid plastic packaging and favour paper, card, and aluminium materials that reflect our commitment to a low-impact, sustainable ethos.

KEEPERS OF PLANT LORE

Inspired by the wild landscapes of Cornwall

Rooted in the wild beauty of Cornwall, Hedgerow & Moor is a brand inspired by nature and the changing seasons — creating thoughtful, handcrafted products with a close attention to detail.

Our work spans beauty, homewares, printed pieces, and considered gifts, all shaped by the landscape and the rhythm of the year. At the heart of it is the Hedgerow & Moor Almanac Box — a monthly collection that brings these ideas together, marking and celebrating each point in the season through things to use, keep, and return to.

“Every leaf tells a story — and we’re here to keep those stories alive.”

Our craft.

Each month begins in the landscape.

Ideas are gathered from hedgerows, seasonal changes, folklore, and traditional practices, that forms the content for our monthly seasonal zine, gifts and product samples.

The aim is to remember how our ancestors connected to nature and the changing seasons, reconnecting with the natural rhythms that still exist around us.

Meet the makers

Hedgerow & Moor was founded by Emma Heywood and Morten Pedersen in 2021. Emma is an artist and illustrator based in Cornwall whose work is deeply inspired by nature, folklore, and traditional craft.

With a qualification in Cosmetic Science and a lifelong fascination with the wild plants of the British landscape, Emma brings an artist’s eye to everything she creates for Hedgerow & Moor, combining research, intuition, and storytelling to create products that feel both timeless and grounded. Her aim is to encourage people to deepen their connection to nature and the ancient rhythms of the land.

In 2017 Emma and her partner Morten Pedersen, invented the revolutionary shampoo cube concept, which is now proudly sold under the Hedgerow & Moor brand.

Morten is from Denmark, with a background in engineering, safety compliance and operations management. He ensures that the manufacturing of the products is carried out safely and to the highest standard.

Hedgerow & Moor aims to preserve and share the knowledge of how plants were once used for healing, beauty, and wellbeing — and how they can once again take centre stage in our lives.
